The lobby area was beautiful, didnt seem like a hotel vibe at all. The spa tub was the perfect private relaxation atomosphere in the room. The rooms were quiet, clean and perfect for a quick trip.

Besides it being beautiful, the staff was friendly and professional upon arrival, the whole place was very clean and well kept. Any questions we had the staff was courteous and knowledgeable. All Instructions were clear. The room was very clean and comfortable, everything worked well, we had a jacuzzi room and that was great. The whole Experience was well worth the price. It was a very good price for what we received. Will absolutely be back and highly recommend.

When you walk in, it's like you are walking into a street in Italy - I think that's the effect the original owner probably wanted to convey. So that's quite special. The room and the bed were huge. The shower and bathroom clean and spacious although strangely, the sink was in the bedroom, not the bathroom! The free tea and coffee.

It is still a gorgeous hotel. The service and convenience is above average and the artistic style is very nice.

Room was very clean. Our window faced a forested area at the back which was quiet and relaxing. All day fresh coffee and tea available in the lobby area. We missed the buffet breakfast which used to be included in the room rate.

The room was larger than expected and had both a couch and comfy chair for seating. It was well air conditioned, everything was clean and the coffee pods and coffee machine were a bonus. There was plenty of really hot water and the shower was fully tiled and very clean. There were complimentary coffee and cold water dispensers available on the ground floor throughout the day and ice dispensers on each floor. Parking was plentiful. The $150 hold, which is not very clearly publicized, was released within 12 hours of checking out.

It was a big spacious king room with a spa, The hotel had a nice area when you walked in with the tables. The outside of the hotel is super big and we just love the way it looks.

Decor was a little over-the-top, as intended, but a lot of fun. Obviously designed to bring a smile to your face. Rooms were truly spacious, and spotless. Loved the saltwater fish tank. In the off-season (we were there in early March) it's an outstanding value.
